Responsibilities

• Quote and propose air freight solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with airlines on rates and bookings.
• Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and booking updates.
• Liaise with vendors including DG specialist, fumigation, marine insurance.
• Prepare job sheets for Operations to follow up.
• Check shipments status/ uplift.
• Job costing.
• Resolve problems when they crop up.
