Job summary

A customer-focused firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the main contact for customer enquiries and feedback. You will coordinate with various internal teams and ensure services are delivered on time. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.   • Respond promptly to customer requests, feedback, and complaints, and follow up.
  • Record customer enquiries and collect complete details for follow-up.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure services are carried out on time.
  • Track collection schedules and manage purchase orders.
  • Support customer billing and required compliance documents.
  • Keep customer records and system data accurate and up to date.
  • Assist to improve customer service by gathering feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact person for customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests, feedback, and complaints, and follow up.
  • Record customer enquiries and collect complete details for follow-up by the Business Development team.
  • Work with internal teams such as operations, logistics, billing, and site teams to ensure services are carried out on time.
  • Track collection schedules and manage purchase orders.
  • Support customer billing, service forms, and required compliance documents.
  • Keep customer records, filing systems, and system data accurate and up to date.
  • Assist to improve customer service by gathering feedback and suggesting process improvements.
