Job Responsibilities
- Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and other necessary documents
- Attend to customers queries with prompt and professional service
- Ensure timely execution of customers’ orders
- Communicate with customers via various channels.
- Liaise with internal departments and/or third parties to process order requests from customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent sales support and accurate product information.
- Handle and resolve customers feedback issues.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any relevant discipline
- At least one year of experience in customer service is preferred
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and phone/email etiquette skills
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
