Job description:
Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with customers to ensure order accuracy.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule and prioritize orders. Monitor production schedules to align with order delivery commitments.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand. Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels efficiently.
Work closely with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components. Communicate production requirements and coordinate with purchasing.
Coordinate shipping and logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and reduce lead times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
Communicate order status and any potential delays to customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order fulfillment.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Pay notice on frequent changes shipment, payment delays and raw materials re-adjustment qty if any.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details in the Customer Relation Management CRM system.
Generate reports and analyze data to track customer satisfaction metrics and performance trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and achieve business objectives.
Quarterly Review Estimate, QRE – sales revenue projections update monthly with customers forecast
