Job Scope Outline :

A Property Executive primarily responsible for administrative, customer service, and project support functions, including handling anti-money laundering checks, managing purchaser enquiries, and coordinating showflat preparations. The role bridges compliance, client relations, and operational support in property management.

📋 Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Duties
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Checks: Conduct progressive and periodic AML checks before and after property sales.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all property transactions comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Procurement: Source and manage furniture and accessories for showflats during new project launches.
2. Customer Service
  • Purchaser Enquiries: Handle customer requests and questions related to new projects.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact between buyers and the company, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
3. Project Support
  • Showflat Preparation: Coordinate logistics and procurement for showflat readiness.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and client-facing documentation.
