Job description

Flexi shift hours (min 4hrs/day).

Initial 3-6 months in office (adjustable based on progress).

WFH possible later (after systems & workflow familiarity).

Max 35hrs/week (per FHR guidelines).

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services & Enquiry Handling: Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner, Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently, Guide customers through our online ordering platforms.
  • Order Logging & System Use: Use Linux-based tools (e.g., PuTTY) and internal software to track and manage guest interactions, Enter orders and guest feedback accurately into the system.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations, Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests, Liaise with relevant teams to escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
  • Refund & Shift Operations: Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines, Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned.
