A leading fast-food company in Singapore is seeking individuals for guest services roles. You will handle guest inquiries, manage orders, and perform data entry using internal systems. The position offers flexible shifts with a maximum of 35 hours per week. Experience in customer service and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel are required.
Guest Services & Enquiry Handling
• Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently
• Guide customers through our online ordering platforms
Order Logging & System Use
• Use Linux-based tools (e.g., PuTTY) and internal software to track and manage guest interactions
• Enter orders and guest feedback accurately into the system
Data Entry & Reporting
• Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations
• Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers
Interdepartmental Coordination
• Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests
• Liaise with relevant teams to escalate unresolved issues where necessary
Refund & Shift Operations
• Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines
• Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned
