Job Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Call Centre:

  • Attend inbound and/or outbound calls for sales or service support
  • Promote products/services and generate leads
  • Record call interactions and update customer database
  • Meet daily/weekly performance and KPI targets

Front Desk Sales / Reception:

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Handle front desk enquiries and provide support to the sales team
  • Assist in product promotion and upselling opportunities
  • Maintain organized records and schedules
Requirements
