You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing information, assistance, and solutions in a professional and courteous manner. 🎯 Job Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate product/service information to customers
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and elevate complex cases when necessary
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of company services, promotions, and policies
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls handled, resolution rate, etc.)
  • Support cross‑functional teams when required (email support, live chat, etc.)
🎓 Education & Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
