Job Responsilibities:
  • Handle customer requests, compliments, and feedback via email, social media, and inbound/outbound calls.
  • Respond to customer communications professionally, following SOPs and approved templates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to call handling protocols and meet performance metrics such as response time and resolution rate.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather information and resolve cases.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure SLAs are met; send reminders when necessary.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Support projects and assignments; perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Team Leader.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
