A leading staffing solutions provider in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Representative to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction in their Contact Centre. The role involves handling enquiries through calls, live chats, and emails, resolving complaints at the first point of contact. Candidates with a Diploma or degree are preferred, but those without experience are also welcome to apply. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Job Purpose
You will be part of the team in delivering service excellence and customer satisfaction in the Contact Centre. He/She will attend to phone enquiries from our policyholders and financial representatives and live chats from our financial representatives, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility.
