The position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the training centre — ensuring smooth delivery of courses, full regulatory compliance, high service standards, and efficient coordination among trainers, learners, and internal teams. This role also serves as the operational backbone of the Academy, managing daily centre operations, quality assurance, and learner experience, training logistics, while supporting strategic initiatives to enhance performance and business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service by professionally handling customer enquiries via phone and other communication channels.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth centre operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the centre, including scheduling, resource allocation, and basic facility management.
  • Oversee the ordering of students’ meals and the procurement, inventory, and management of centre resources and supplies.
  • Conduct daily health checks for children upon arrival, in accordance with centre policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business / Customer Service Management advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized and able to multi‑task
