A leading aviation company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Relationship and Operations Specialist to manage client relationships and provide operational support. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the aviation industry, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and foster close relationships with a portfolio of high net worth clients.
  • Coordinate and liaise with international vendors, clients and co-workers on flight schedules and services needed.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to flight crews and operators.
  • Prepare flight reports & perform associated flight support duties.
  • Coordinate and make travel related arrangements including Hotels, Transportations as required.
  • Offer personalised customer services designed and tailor-made to fit specific needs and provide best solutions of each of our clients.
  • Proactive checks on clients flight updates to ensure satisfactory, smooth and seamless travel.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward the clients and vendors.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and vendors through various channels.
  • Perform other operational support and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Preferably 2 years experience in the aviation industry; preferably more than 3 years relevant working experience in Flight Operations (Eg.Coordinator/ Executive Post)
  • Has general geography knowledge and ability to apply this knowledge
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Flight Planning and Crew Scheduling software will be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good sense of urgency and works independently
  • Mature, extrovert and pleasant disposition, takes initiative and is self-motivated
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to communicate with cultural sensitivity, to international clients and vendors
  • Able to work irregular and long working hours, (due 24 hours operations), including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
