  • Deliver platinum-level client experience from first contact to final handshake.
  • Manage front-desk operations with precision, personality, and purpose.
  • Support the team with administrative coordination (from prepping meeting rooms to managing the firm’s library resources to liaison for firm events).

  • Excellent customer service skills - can juggle clients, calls, calendars, and curveballs without dropping your cool.
