Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of applicable local regulation NAA, EASA, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs for business jet aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as customer primary point-of-contact for communication and follow-up.
  • Perform project management duties for multiple aircraft.
  • Develop timelines and maintain schedules through aircraft delivery.
  • Monitor and oversee workflow to ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate status meetings and update daily reports.
  • Support team in returning aircraft to service after maintenance.
  • Produce maintenance and other reports as assigned.
  • Review and approve final customer invoices as needed.
  • Perform post work package activities to resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate customer entertainment during site visits.
  • Meet or exceed financial objectives on all projects.
  • Encourage a safe work environment through supervision of safety programs.

In your role, you will:

  • Customer primary point-of-contact in communication, coordination, and follow-up action such as time/labor/material quotes (DAF approval), preliminary invoices (PPI) generated by planner, give progress updates, get customer approval and debrief on work packages (induction & output meetings), resolution of squawks, and address warranty issues (ODC & Customer Dispute) (SAP).
  • Perform Project Management duties for multiple aircraft to include identification of potential risks and management of constraints.
  • Develop Time Line (Gant chart) and maintain schedule (Pivotal) through aircraft delivery and follow-up.
  • Monitor and oversee work flow to ensure work package is on schedule and within budget. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with Singapore MOE/ Repair Station / Quality Manual, Site Operating Procedures.
  • Facilitate status meetings with all departments and shops; update daily reports on status of aircraft and report to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the team in returning aircraft to service (RTS) after maintenance.
  • Produce maintenance and other employee reports as assigned (i.e., IW72/CN41, shortage sheet/zoom, and Autotime).
  • Review, approve, and sign final customer invoice as needed (ZPRJ) (i.e., review margin analysis, warranty negotiations, and review of service orders (SVOs).
  • Perform post work package activities (Pivotal), (i.e., customer follow-up calls, resolve customer issues after departure.
  • Coordinate with customer concerning entertainment during site visit.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding financial objectives on all projects.
  • Encourage and promote a safe work environment by supervising a safety/security program which includes operation of support equipment, aircraft systems, 5S, general housekeeping and lean process.
  • Any other adhoc assignment task by management.
Qualification

As our ideal candidate,

  • You have Minimum 7 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance.
  • You hold Basic knowledge of applicable local regulation NAA, EASA and Federal Aviation Regulations, for example, part 91, 121, 135 & 145.
  • You have Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs for business jet aircraft.
  • You posses interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas and governmental agencies.
  • You have verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
