A cleaning supplies company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for customer support and administrative tasks. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts. Candidates must be fluent in both Mandarin and English, and possess good computer skills. The salary range is between 1.9k to 2.3k depending on experience. This is a long-term position located near Macpherson MRT, with a 5-day workweek. Support customers or sales experiences will be an advantage, we are dealing with housekeeping products, e.g. trash bags, hygiene products and papers, cleaning chemicals and many more.
We are looking for someone whom is aiming on a long term job, friendly and enjoys talking to people. You are to handle administrative and customer-facing tasks, such as processing orders, managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations and helping o boost sales efficiency by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records
Able to converse in mandarin (IMPORTANT) and english. Able to handle PC activites such as typing quotations, documents, able to handle emails communication replies, and some simple online purchasing. Able to handle whatsapp enquiries.
Salary 1.9k to 2.3k depending on relevant experiences (NO agent please)
Located near Macpherson MRT (5 days work week)
