Job Title: Crochet Craft Studio Assistant (Full-Time)

After being in business for 2 years, we’re expanding now! Looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time and help us craft, package, and share our creations with the world!

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting

• Bring crochet flower arrangements and gift sets to life.

• Assist in assembling, arranging, and finishing crochet bouquets and craft pieces, ensuring each product meets our quality and design standards.

• Order Fulfilment & Customisation

• Process customer orders and customisation requests with care, and package each product for delivery or self-collection, ensuring it’s beautifully presented, well-protected, and accurately tracked.

• Studio & Customer Service

• Assist with retail floor duties on open studio days — including tidying displays, cashiering, customer assistance, and helping to maintain studio cleanliness by restocking supplies and organising materials to keep the space inspiring and efficient.

• Marketing & Social Media Support

• Support our social media efforts by helping capture product photos, videos, or behind-the-scenes content.

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, packaging, or product styling.

• Inventory Management

• Assist in stock-taking, tagging, and organising new products and materials, while ensuring accurate inventory records and neat, well-kept storage

Requirements

• A love for crafts, crochet, or handmade creations

• Strong attention to detail and an eye for colour, design, and presentation.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.

• Comfortable with crafting work and hands-on tasks.

• Basic crochet knowledge is a plus.

• Prior florist experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm

Location: Admiralty/Woodlands

Open to A-level Grads for 8-month arrangement
