Job Responsibilities

• Operate the Rock Climbing attraction in accordance with established safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre‑opening and closing inspections to ensure all climbing equipment and surrounding areas are safe, secure, and fully operational.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including welcoming guests, providing clear instructions, assisting with harnessing, and ensuring a smooth climbing experience.
• Monitor guest behaviour closely and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any technical issues, guest incidents, or emergency situations within the attraction.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal of the Rock Climbing area.
• Assist with crowd control and queue management, especially during peak hours, to ensure efficient guest flow.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or operational irregularities to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in cross‑training opportunities at other attractions to enhance operational versatility and support broader team needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O/N’ Level or ITE.
• Prior operations experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
