Job summary

A financial institution in Singapore is looking for a candidate to conduct various credit-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare/conduct (including all the related document and processes)
• Credit reviews (annual reviews, interim reviews, ad-hoc reviews)
• Credit memo for new-to-bank and enhancement
• Pre-screen memo
• EWI memo/slides
• Other credit-related/amendment memo
• Cancellation memo
• Update ratings and financials
• Monitor and test covenants and risk triggers
• To manage queries and responses to stakeholders on credit submissions
• Perform any other tasks as assigned/required from time to time to assess credit worthiness of the clients, etc

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with Accounting and/or Auditing background and have experience in Real Estate/ Banking
• Knowledge in financial accounting and credit analysis preferred
