Cintra Consultancy is a Singapore-based social-first creative agency that helps brands craft content that converts. We combine storytelling, strategy, and culture to produce scroll-stopping campaigns, from street interviews and skits to brand films and paid ad creatives. Our work spans across F&B, lifestyle, property, and tech, with a growing network of creators and partners across Asia.

About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Manager, you’ll lead Servicing Cintra's client creative strategy and creative direction services for clients, turning briefs into bold ideas and ensuring every piece of content we produce delivers both creative impact and measurable results. You’ll manage a team of creatives, oversee shoots, and work closely with the accounts team to bring campaigns from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Strategy
  • Lead ideation and development of campaign concepts, scripts, and storytelling frameworks aligned with client objectives.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual and narrative ideas across video, social, and digital.
  • Maintain Cintra’s creative standards, ensuring originality, clarity, and cultural relevance in every execution.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and BD teams to pitch fresh concepts and proposals for clients and prospects.
Production Oversight
  • Supervise end-to-end production: from pre‑production planning, talent casting, and shoot direction to post‑production reviews.
  • Oversee creatives, video editors, producers, and freelance creatives, providing feedback and direction to refine final content.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand tone, visual identity, and platform best practices.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor and coach creative executives and interns to develop their craft and confidence.
  • Build and nurture a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance creative culture.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with accounts and operations teams for smooth campaign execution and creative consistency.
Innovation & Quality
  • Stay ahead of social trends, creator formats, and new content technologies (AI tools, UGC styles, etc.) to keep Cintra’s work fresh.
  • Implement creative processes and feedback loops that improve content efficiency, quality, and output scalability.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in creative production, advertising, or social media content creation (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio showcasing storytelling, social‑first campaigns, or branded content.
  • Proven ability to lead creative projects from ideation to final delivery.
  • Skilled in directing talent, video shoots, and post‑production workflows.
  • Excellent communication, feedback, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with social trends, content performance metrics, and creative strategy.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in short‑form video production (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Background in scriptwriting, film, or content direction.
  • Understanding of performance‑driven creative strategy (A/B testing, ad creative iteration).
  • Prior experience mentoring creatives or leading small creative teams.
