- Oversee the daily operations of academic support services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery
- Develop and implement strategies for academic support services that align with institutional goals
- Lead and supervise the academic support team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Supervise schedule planning, classroom allocation, and lecturer deployment
- Provide administrative support for all programs offered by the Institute
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to LMS Blackboard and student results
- Oversee and manage system updates and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to users
- Develop and deliver training sessions for faculty, staff, and students on how to effectively use Blackboard
- Identify and implement new features or tools within Blackboard that could enhance the learning experience
- Manage Panopto system processes
- Approve e-certificates and results
- Monitor students requiring resits and resubmissions
- Oversee the maintenance and confidentiality of academic records and transcripts
- Develop and manage exam schedules, ensuring that all exams are organized and conducted according to the academic calendar
- Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of all exam records and documentation
- Plan and coordinate academic events, such as workshops, seminars, and graduation ceremonies
- Monitor student progress and identify students who may benefit from additional academic support
