About the role

Join LM Corporate Secretarial & Consultancy Services Pte. Ltd. as a Corporate Secretarial Senior / Assistant in our office located in Tanjong Pagar Central Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career as a company secretary.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing corporate secretarial support to directors and shareholders of client companies
  2. Maintaining statutory records, registers, and file documents with the regulatory authorities
  3. Assisting with the preparation of board and shareholder meeting resolutions
  4. Liaising with external parties such as auditors and government agencies
  5. Ensuring all corporate compliance requirements are met in a timely manner
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role, preferably in a professional services or in-house environment
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with directors, shareholders, and external stakeholders
  3. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  4. Familiar with AML/CFT guidelines for registered Corporate Service Provider (CSP Act) – preferred.
  5. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CSIS) would be an advantage
