Job summary
A corporate services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to supervise junior staff and manage a portfolio of companies. Responsibilities include handling corporate secretarial tasks, attending client meetings, and due diligence. Qualifications

- Member of CSIS or candidates undertaking CGQP preferred.

Responsibilities
- Supervise 1-2 junior staff and manage a portfolio of companies.
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties.
- Attend clients’ meetings and handle client due diligence.

Responsibilities
- Supervise 1-2 junior staff and able to manage a portfolio of companies consisting local and MNC companies.
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, preparation of directors’ resolutions, minutes of board and shareholder’s meetings, AGM and striking off documents, and filing of relevant documents with ACRA – BizFile+.
- Attend clients’ meeting.
- Handle client due diligence.
- Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.
- Review financial statements in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format.
- Any other ad hoc corporate services required by the clients.
Requirements
- Member of CSIS or candidates undertaking CGQP preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who is able to work independently.
- Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
- Have initiative, responsible and be a team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
