A corporate services company in Singapore is looking for a Corporate Secretarial Executive/Assistant. Responsibilities include managing clients’ Company Secretarial matters, preparing minutes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Applicants should have relevant qualifications and good computer skills, with the ability to communicate in English and Chinese. A positive work attitude and attention to detail are essential. The position offers a part-time/full-time schedule with a 5-day work week.
Under the direction of the Manager, the incumbent’s responsibilities and description include the following:
Handle all aspects of clients’ Company Secretarial matters
Customer due diligence (onboarding and on-going monitoring)
Assist with incorporation of new companies, opening of Bank Accounts, etc.
Prepare Resolutions, Minutes of Meeting for AGM/EGM, and Maintain Minute Books
Preparing & filing of relevant forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms
Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met
Maintaining records across 2 systems
Assist with registration and maintenance of CorpPass access
Perform any other secretarial duties and support other teams as and when assigned
Part-time/full-time position
CSIS/ ISCA members,Diploma in Legal studies from local Polytechnic, or Specialist Diploma in Corporate Secretarial Practice, or Degree in Company Management/Law
Good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and committed to details
Positive work attitude, willing to learn and hardworking
Good team player and able to communicate well in English and Chinese (to handle Chinese speaking clients, and to read documents in Chinese)
Familiar with Artemis, Microsoft application will be an added advantage
5 days work week, Monday – Friday
