Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters and act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Handle company incorporations, including local and overseas companies and branch offices (experience in VCC is an advantage)
  • Prepare and maintain statutory documents, including AGM, EGM, Board and Shareholders’ resolutions, striking-off documentation, and other corporate filings
  • Update and maintain statutory registers and corporate records
  • Perform Know-Your-Client (KYC) checks and ongoing customer due diligence
  • Advise clients on compliance matters and ensure adherence to the Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Prepare documentation and coordinate for EP / DP applications and renewals, including information collection
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team when required
  • Carry out other corporate secretarial, administrative, and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • ICSA graduate, with at least a Polytechnic Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, IT, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
