The Corporate Sales Executive drives B2B sales growth by building and managing relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, premium retailers, and gifting partners. This role involves selling premium spirits, wines, champagnes, and customised gift sets while coordinating closely with warehouse, design, and events teams.
The ideal candidate is well-spoken, organised, and sales-driven, with strong client management skills.
Source, pitch, and secure new corporate clients for gifting, bulk purchases, and corporate events.
Sell premium alcohol brands and customised gift sets.
Build relationships with HR teams, procurement, event planners, country clubs, luxury retail, and corporate offices.
Prepare tailored price lists, proposals, and product bundles for clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive repeat business.
Maintain regular communication with key accounts and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Understand client needs (gifting, events, pantry supply, corporate dinners) and recommend suitable products.
Manage order processing, follow-up, delivery scheduling, and stock availability checks.
Handle corporate enquiries via WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins to the showroom.
Work with the design team to create customised gift packaging, branded sleeves, stickers, or corporate-branded sets.
Prepare visual mockups, PDF proposals, and quotations.
Assist in developing festive bundles (CNY, Christmas, Mid-Autumn, Deepavali, Corporate Appreciation events).
Manage sample requests, tasting kits, and product presentations for clients.
Support corporate and private events by offering product recommendations and on-site sales assistance.
Work with events team on whisky tastings, dinners, networking events, launches, condo activations, etc.
Prepare tasting notes, menus, and product briefings when required.
Collect photos and outcomes for brand principals and internal reporting.
Liaise with warehouse on stock movement, DOs, order preparation, and delivery timelines.
Work with finance team on invoicing, payment follow-ups, corporate credit terms.
Maintain accurate client records and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, product launches, and bundle promotions.
1–3 years in sales, customer service, account management, or corporate solutions.
Experience in alcohol, FMCG, luxury products, or gifting is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good proficiency in WhatsApp communication, Google Sheets/Excel.
Able to handle fast-paced, high-volume corporate seasons (Q4 & festive).
Well-spoken, professional, and confident with clients.
Sales-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
Good product sense and willingness to learn about wines & spirits.
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
