We are looking for an Analyst / Associate to join our Corporate Development team. You can be remote but preference is for candidates based in Singapore, Malaysia or Hong Kong
The Flash Coffee regional Corporate Development team is based in Singapore and supports management / c-suite in making strategic decisions regarding all markets. The team has a broad scope encompassing conventional corporate finance (i.e., fundraising / M&A / IPO support), strategic performance management, and long-term strategic planning. You will help support a number of growth & optimisation initiatives as the company progresses to the next level in its growth stage.
What you’ll do :
Most of your work will fall within the following workstreams, but there will be opportunities to work in other workstreams according to business needs and / or your longer-term development potential.
Candidates would ideally have 2-5 years of experience working at consulting firm / investment bank / PE fund / VC fund, be very numerate (given the finance / commercial angle inherent in all projects), have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player – comfortable working as a leader, supporting a team, and working closely with various personality types to drive strategic initiatives forward across the region.
