Job description

This position drives integrated reputation communications and change management efforts to support IHH Healthcare Singapore’s business objectives, through storytelling and the creation of powerful content across traditional and digital platforms, to establish the company as the world’s most trusted healthcare services network.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide reputation, leadership, and staff communications support for Country Corporate Communications teams
  • Work closely with the VP/ AVP of Corporate Communications and overseas communications counterparts to execute the Country’s staff communications and reputation management efforts
  • Leverage digital and online communications and analysis tools to achieve the company’s messaging objectives
  • Translate corporate milestones, event, and developments into strong compelling content across multiple traditional and social media platforms to reach diverse groups of stakeholders (employees, patients, community)
  • Execute and oversee production of corporate events and promotional/messaging material, including videos, print collateral, and online creatives, and other social media content creation
  • Prepare internal and external statements including senior management speeches, media responses, interviews, and news releases
  • Work closely with other Communications team members to conceptualize, manage and deliver strategic and tactical communications plans and initiatives in support of the Group’s branding and culture change efforts
  • Monitor key business and industry related news
  • Provide general communications counsel to business units
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate / Marketing Communications / Organisation Change
  • Strong writing, presentation, and design skills
  • Competency in managing digital and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Experience in graphic design, video scripting, photo/ video editing
  • Experience in rolling out corporate culture change initiatives and programs
  • Creative team player with the ability to think out of the box, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Healthcare / Digital Marketing is an advantage
