Job Description
Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Build corporate branding through press releases and enhance the corporate image of the Company.
- Build & manage the Corporate Website Management and ensure consistency within the Company Corporate group.
- Work on marketing communication material for the various business units.
- Handle External Communications, Media Relations, and Social Media Management.
- Handle Media queries, replies and facilitate news filming and photography requests.
- Manage Internal Communications, Corporate Marketing and Communication Collaterals Management. This includes communication of Company's policies, drafting of press releases, updating of Company's websites, and contributing to Company's internal publications.
- Coordinate and facilitate media / analyst interviews with Senior Management.
- Assist in logistics for media interview, results briefing.
- Manage a suite of marketing communication collaterals such as corporate brochures, materials, and calendars.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide support for initiatives and ensure that key corporate messages, standards, and guidelines were cascaded effectively and consistently.
- Involve in a common platform connecting all regional Companies.
- Assist Corporate Communications Manager in any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Experience
- Preferred 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing Communications.
- Experience handling external communications, press releases, and media relations.
- Background in managing corporate websites, internal publications, and marketing collaterals.
- Experience coordinating media interviews, news coverage, and corporate events.
- Exposure to working with international teams and stakeholders is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute corporate branding strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Skilled in photo-taking and video editing for corporate communication and promotional use.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage communication initiatives effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and corporate branding.
- Familiarity with website management and content creation.
- Knowledge of media relations, public relations, and crisis communication.
