Job description
Purpose of Role

The Corporate Administrator (Corporate Secretarial Executive) will support a team of trust administrator(s) / client manager(s) in handling the corporate secretarial responsibilities for Singapore companies which are held under trust structures ensuring timely delivery and high quality of service to clients.

Key Accountabilities

The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for administering a portfolio of Singapore companies, with the following key duties:

  • Ensuring the compliance with laws and regulations (including but not limited to filing deadlines) and company’s constitution/ articles of association
  • Hands on preparation of corporate secretarial documents (e.g. board resolutions, minutes, AGM documents, etc.) and timely and quality delivery of the deliverables
  • Ensuring timely submission of statutory forms to ACRA
  • Ensuring that the company’s statutory and corporate records are kept up to date and all documents are stored (electronically and physically) according to agreed policies and procedures
Commercial:

The Corporate Administrator will have personal targets set out for his/her role for time recording and utilization.

Risk:

The Corporate Administrator should demonstrate understanding and awareness of client profile risks, transaction risks and elevate concerns to management, whenever necessary. He/she should keep up to date with changes in laws and regulations, company’s policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Experience

Professional and Technical Experience:

The Corporate Administrator will demonstrate good theoretical and practical understanding of the administration and company secretarial requirements of various corporate structures and transactions. He/she should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a corporate administrator with major international or local corporate service providers.

Relevant qualification (degree, professional certification, diploma) in law, accounting/ finance, corporate secretarial is preferred. Chartered Secretary will be an added advantage.
