Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Assist in food prep, portioning, and maintaining stock levels
  • Operate smart kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (SFA compliance)
  • Support inclusive teamwork — working alongside and mentoring colleagues with disabilities
  • Assist in menu planning, cost control, and daily operations

Requirements
