Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety standards
  • Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for managing food waste
  • Cook, present, and garnish food items in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Prepare food, sauces, and ingredients using various kitchen equipment, including deep fryers
  • Execute daily kitchen tasks and activities to support smooth operations
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking supplies, and participating in stock taking
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure sufficient supplies of condiments and consumables at the stall front
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and SOPs accurately
  • Team player with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
