Job summary

A leading catering service in Singapore is seeking a skilled chef to manage weekly menu planning and maintain a clean and functional kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to cook healthy Chinese cuisine, particularly Cantonese and Teochew dishes. Communicating in Mandarin or Hokkien is advantageous. Accommodation is provided for the right candidate, with flexible work arrangements available.

• Weekly menu planning for 3 meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
• Involve or assisting in cooking and preparation of ingredients
• Able to cook healthy Chinese cuisine especially Cantonese and Teochew
• Food presentations equivalent to hotel standard
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
• Maintain kitchen equipment functionality on a regular basis
• Assist in event planning
