A leading kitchen operations company in Singapore is seeking a skilled kitchen manager with at least 2 years of experience in western cuisine. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, preparing food to client specifications, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. Working Days: 4 days off per month
Working Hours : 11am - 11pm (10 hours per day, 2 hours break)
