About the role

As the Contracts & Bid Manager (MV/HV Projects, Electrical) at our reputable client, you will play a crucial role in managing the contractual aspects of medium and high voltage electrical projects. Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contracting process, you will ensure seamless project delivery and mitigate any contractual risks.

Job Scope

• Negotiate and finalise commercial contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and updating contractual documents

• Identify, analyse, and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual compliance and timely deliverables

• Maintain a robust contract management system and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Stay abreast of industry regulations, legal developments, and best practices in contract management

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's contract management processes

Requirements
