Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support for the Contract team. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining contract documents, issuing payments, and providing procurement advice as needed. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Science, Building, or Engineering. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Contract team with administrative tasks.
  • Issues correspondence and progress payment documents to subcontractors.
  • Prepares submission documentation for Letter of Award and Sub-Contract Agreement.
  • Checks contracts documents for completeness.
  • Distributes, uploads and maintains documents/ addendums/ clarifications electronically.
  • Maintains proper filing system and procedures in the Contract Section.
  • Updates and maintains ISO documents.
  • Provides simple procurement advice as required.
  • Any other duties as required.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office suite
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team
