Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support engineering teams in the development of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment. This role involves troubleshooting of engineering equipment and test hardware. The ideal applicant will have a diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering and 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a multicultural team are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant technical hands-on experience in final test manufacturing equipment, preferably from semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment
• Support engineering teams in operating & troubleshooting of engineering equipment & test hardware in production manufacturing line. (Tester, Handler, Buri-in ovens, Scanning Eqpt, Loadboard & Contactors.
• Responsible for both software and hardware testing in engineering equipment.
• Prepare and update report if there is any finding during equipment testing.

Your Profile

• Min. NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 0-3 year of relevant technical hands-on experience in final test manufacturing equipment, preferably from semiconductor industry.
• Self-discipline with a positive, pro-active attitude & abundance curiosity to learn and expand personal knowledge and skills.
• Able to work effectively with a global & multi-cultural team.
