Job summary

A global technology company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Business Management role. Job Description:
  • Support the sales business management process and be responsible for end to end contract management (contract review, contract decision-making, etc.)
  • Review and organize routine sales decision-making according to the decision-making process and authority execution rules.
  • Complete process execution/adaptation and operation according to processes and work instructions, participate in process internal control work, independently handle common problems and complete specific tasks, and be responsible for process execution quality.
  • Risk warning, support project initiation review, and support issue closure. Be responsible for project operation standardization and project risk management.
  • Follow up with relevant internal stakeholder(s) to ensure the signed documents from customer are (a) properly returned, and (b) scanned and archived in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform any other administrative functions and duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • 1-3 years working experience and holding a minimum degree in financial or business management or related course.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Have a strong sense of risk and confidentiality.
  • Able to work rigorously and carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure, and portraying strong work initiative.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
  • High proficiency in Chinese, including both ability of reading and writing, as this vacancy requires (a) frequent communications with Colleague(s) in China and (b) read and understand Chinese policies.
