Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support leasing administrative activities and ensure complete lease documentation
  • Prepare and track various lease documentation such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements
  • Enter information and maintain the lease database, monitoring the status of lease documents
  • Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation of leases, and compliance matters
  • Coordinate with the Tenancy Relationship Management team and other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents
  • Implement standard real estate practices to ensure accurate completion of paperwork

Working Hours
  • Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary
  • Up to $5,000
Requirements
  • Diploma in relevant field of studies.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers.
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Relevant experience in Simplicity application will be an advantage.
