Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain a variety of contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
• Liaise with external lawyers and support internal departments.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure legal requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance principles are adhered to.
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, with 3 - 5 years of experience in contract management systems and corporate governance tools
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
• Able to review and advise salient issues in a timely manner
• Good time and project management skills
• Attention to details
• Familiarity with Telecom/IT industry will be an advantage
• 2 years contract with full benefits, subjective to conversion
