Introduction

Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in contract negotiation, compliance support, and regional stakeholder engagement. You will also act as a bridge between our Singapore partnership team and our HQ legal & finance department.

This role is well suited for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and is motivated to grow into a senior leadership capacity over time.

In this Role, you'll get to
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including TMC agreements, client contracts, supplier agreements, and technology integrations
  • Provide legal and compliance support in SEA markets, with an emphasis on regulation and business related, in coordination with HQ legal colleagues
  • Support business development teams and partnership managers in client and partner discussions, ensuring contracts and terms are clear and aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a liaison for the SEA commercial team with Trip.com Group HQ legal and finance teams, so as to facilitate effective cross-border communication
  • Establish a standardized contract clause library and operational guidelines to enhance contract compliance and processing efficiency
  • Assist in resolving contract-related disputes and managing governance issues with partners
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Involved in commercial discussion with sales team and preferably some in-house experience in technology, travel, or B2B services
  • Strong experience in commercial contracting and cross-border transactions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different markets and cultures
