Ichor Systems is hiring for a Continuous Improvement Manager, based in Singapore. In this critical role, the CI Manager will drive organizational efficiency through CI system development resulting in structured project management, and performance measurement process proliferation.
The goals of the position are to:
- Streamline systems that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Projects delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
- A trained and capable pool of Lean/Six Sigma practitioners driving improvements.
- Transparent, standardized CI metrics that demonstrate organizational progress.
- A culture of continuous improvement supported by effective tools, systems, and measurement.
Responsibilities
System Development & Optimization
- Design, implement, and refine business systems to drive measurable impact through efficiency and scalability improvements.
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend technology or process enhancements.
- Partner with cross functional teams to understand challenges and drive solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in CI systems, metrics, and processes improvement.
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end improvement projects using structured methods (e.g. Lean, 6 Sigma).
- Track project outcomes and report measurable improvements to leadership.
Process Improvement
- Standardize and document best practices for long-term program sustainability.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Establish, track, and manage CI metrics and dashboard across the organization to monitor progress against goals and strategic objectives.
Training & Development
- Mentor and coach employees to build organizational capability in CI tools and methods.
- Develop certification pathways and develop practitioners to lead CI projects.
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions to embed CI practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5 years experience in system development, project management, and continuous improvement processes.
- Proven knowledge of CI methodologies (certification preferred).
- Experience delivering training programs for CI practitioners.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority.
