Job description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator & Marketing Executive to support our optical retail business. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital content, marketing, and visual design, with the ability to engage audiences both online and in-store. Experience or interest in live streaming and retail marketing will be a strong advantage.

This role involves planning, creating, and executing marketing content to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage digital content across social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Design marketing visuals, posters, and promotional materials for online and in-store use
• Develop content ideas aligned with retail promotions, product launches, and campaigns
• Conduct or support live streaming sessions to showcase optical products, promotions, and brand stories
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and tracking content performance
• Collaborate with retail and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or related fields
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
• Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar)
• Comfortable appearing on camera or hosting live streams (training can be provided)
• Good communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills (Advantage)

• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or optical industry
• Video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising
• Live streaming or e-commerce experience
