Meta is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our Consumer Marketing team in APAC. This full‑time position sits within the International Marketing (IM) organization at Meta, focusing on accelerating company results by unlocking the full potential of markets outside North America. We deliver results by activating local experiences at a global scale, leveraging our expertise across business, consumer, and creator audiences.

This role will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that support and build our brand and reputation among consumers across a variety of channels. It is a highly cross‑functional role working in close collaboration with key regional and global cross‑functional teams, including Product, Policy, Marketing Insights & Analytics, Media, Creator and Business Marketing teams, as well as Creative and Media Agencies. You will apply analytical rigor, a nuanced understanding of consumer awareness, and a blend of brand and product proof‑points to develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns that achieve stated goals, while fostering the use of emerging technologies to increase impact, scale, and speed to market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop end‑to‑end strategies and drive execution to achieve consumer marketing goals, emphasizing consumer sentiment and behavior.
  • Define and manage a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy and planning, including audience identification, market sizing, media and communications plans, roll‑out strategy, and integration with the Communications team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver highly effective marketing campaigns and programs that integrate tightly with Creator, Business, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Media, Insights and Analytics partners to build frameworks for testing across the marketing funnel and channels to drive consumer perception and engagement.
  • Work with brand strategy, creative, and media teams to bring strategy to life through quality creative development and deployment.
  • Ensure alignment, consistency, and flexibility across regional and global teams to scale impact while meeting market‑specific needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of consumer‑facing marketing experience at Consumer Tech/Product companies.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing insights‑based, data‑informed integrated marketing campaigns that drove quantitative results at local and/or global levels.
  • Highly collaborative and adept at influencing cross‑functional teams, both internally and with external partners and agencies.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and embracing flexibility between high‑level strategic thinking and detail‑oriented project management.
  • Experienced in communicating, presenting, and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA from an accredited university.
  • Experience working internationally on global brands.
  • Full professional fluency in one or more Indic languages, as this role involves creating and running campaigns in multiple Indian states.
