Job responsibilities

• You will learn and adopt best practices such as writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
• You will use continuous delivery practices as needed to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers.
• You will drive the AI-first software delivery strategy by integrating and utilizing AI tools throughout the development lifecycle to enhance productivity, ensure high-quality code and create capacity for more complex and creative problem-solving.
• You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients.
• You will collaborate with a variety of teammates to build features, design concepts and interactive prototypes and ensure best practices and UX specifications are embedded along the way.
• You will partner with other technologists from cross-functional teams advocating and demonstrating DevOps culture.
• You will take ownership and accountability beyond individual deliverables, always pushing the envelope in order to deliver awesome results for our clients.
• You will learn, digest and subsequently apply the latest technology thinking from ourTechnology Radar to solve client problems.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

• Deep hands-on experience in building and productionizing AI agentic solutions is a must, e.g., having built RAG or agentic solutions using LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar agent orchestration and RAG tooling.
• You are comfortable with Agile methodologies.
• You have a good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches/tools.
• You have a strong passion for continuous learning and improvement, from agentic AI frameworks, MCP / A2A protocols, and event-driven architectures to functional programming and platform engineering. Staying current with AI advancements and maintaining learnability is a key priority.
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker.
