Job Summary

We are seeking a Consultant with proven experience in IT Infrastructure / Data Centre Operations professional to manage day-to-day ICT infrastructure operations and support infrastructure projects in a regulated environment. The role involves infrastructure operations, vendor management, security compliance, incident management, disaster recovery activities, security vulnerability management and compliance process.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure including servers, hosting, networks, end-user computing, and data centre environments
• Ensure high availability, performance, capacity, and continuity of infrastructure systems
• Monitor infrastructure performance and perform system log reviews
• Ensure infrastructure and data centre equipment are operating reliably Incident, Problem & Service Management
• Manage and coordinate incident and problem resolution for system-related issues
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution
• Support audit activities and ensure audit findings are addressed Vendor & Contractor Management
• Manage and coordinate Facilities Management, ICT, EUC, and security vendors
• Track SLAs, follow up on deliverables, and ensure service quality
• Manage hardware, software, and subscription maintenance contracts Security, Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with ICT security policies, standards, and SOPs
• Coordinate security vulnerability scanning, remediation follow-ups, and compliance timelines
• Support preparation of risk assessments and risk acceptance documentation
• Project, DR & Business Continuity
• Support and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to deployment
• Plan and execute annual disaster recovery (DR) tests and table‑top exercises
• Coordinate procurement and deployment of infrastructure and end‑user computing devices

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any relevant filed
• Minimum 3-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or data centre operations. Overall experience not more than 16 years
• Experience in incident management, vendor management, and infrastructure support
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise IT environments is required
• Ensure the compliance to the remediation timeline for security vulnerability scanning.
• Experience in coordinating for disaster recovery plan and execution of the annual disaster recovery testing of ICT systems.
• Experience in managing incidents and problems for system related issues.
• Ensure availability of ICT infrastructure systems and data centre facilities equipment.
• Hands on experience in monitoring infrastructure performance and perform systems log review.
• Knowledge of security vulnerability management and compliance processes is mandatory
• Exposure to government, banking, or highly regulated environments is preferred
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP – operational level) is preferred

Certifications (any one is preferred)

• ITIL / IT Service Management certification
  PMP / CITPM / COMIT or equivalent project management certification
• CompTIA Network
• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• CISSP / CISA / Cloud Security certifications
