  • Inspect construction sites regularly, ensuring correct safety procedures
  • Communicate and work closely with clients, architects, engineers to ensure their needs are met
  • Able to solve problems and conflicts without affecting construction work progress
  • Maintain and organise detailed construction records, documents, reports
  • Able to liaise with project manager to ensure efficient workflow
