Job description

Responsibilities

1. Supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and labour
2. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
3. Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and safety procedures
4. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, and identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
5. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
7. Monitor & control the usage of material, manpower and machinery used on site
8. Provide support to colleagues to ensure that they can complete the assigned work
