Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in construction projects, a diploma in engineering or a related field, and be a registered WSHO and ECO. Key responsibilities include conducting safety audits, training staff, and liaising with safety authorities to enforce standards and improve safety culture.

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO and ECO certification required.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Construction Projects.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations by all staff.
• Review and update safety management systems regularly.
• Conduct safety training based on risk assessments.
• Manage safety audits on site.
• Review all risk assessments internally and externally.
• Conduct monthly WSH Committee Meetings and report on safety.
• Enforce house rules on all stakeholders.
