Job summary

A reputable construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to manage daily activities with contractors and oversee site teams. Responsibilities include providing necessary tools and training to new workers while ensuring safety precautions are followed. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Main Contractor, Internal staff and Sub-con on daily activities.
• Manage work progress of the work activities.
• Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.
• Provide training & briefing to all new workers.
• Advise workers to take necessary safety precautions.
• Monitor productivity of each worker based on work done.
